Supporting the marketing team in planning, implementing and developing marketing and communication measures Creation, maintenance and optimization of content for website, social media and newsletters – from texts to images to videos Supporting our social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram) and active participation of our brand presence You support the planning and implementation of email marketing measures and work with CRM tools (e.g. care of contacts, campaigns, evaluations) Support for SEO actions, website optimizations and performance analyses Evaluation of marketing and campaign results and derivation of optimization potentials Conducting trend, competition and target audience research and introducing own ideas You support internal and external events and event formats and have a »Hands-on-Mentality«

You are enrolled in a (dual) degree in marketing, communication, media, BWL or a comparable degree program Enthusiasm for digital marketing, social media and modern corporate communication Joy in content creation with a sense of language, target groups and trends First practical experiences in marketing, social media, recruiting or HR are desirable, but no need You are interested in CRM tools, email marketing and data-based work (e.g. analysis, KPIs, performance) First touch points with SEO, website optimization or online marketing tools are of advantage Structured, independent working and desire to take responsibility Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile
