Processing of the application procedures for bachelor studies including examination of incoming requests, request of missing documents, preparation of selection, follow-up and batch procedures Creation of admission, rejection and enrollment decisions and communication with applicants by phone, email and personal, partly in English Compensation of application data in computer systems and transmission to specialist systems Processing of study changes, feedback, holiday semesters and notifications Creation and maintenance of online feedback and other online functions for students Participation in enrollment and enrollment processes and compilation of statistics Processing of fees including verification of payment transactions with the Landesoberkasse, requests for reimbursement and refunds Collection of payments in management systems and production of fee statistics Implementation of committee elections (from preparation to implementation to listing)

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in handling database management systems Good Windows and EDV knowledge Good English knowledge of word and writing Understanding legislation and readiness to incorporate into high school regulations Careful, structured and independent operation Communication strength and service-oriented appearance Teamability and durability
