Our team of 450 employees is responsible for around 3,000 patients each year - outpatient, stationary and daycare in the daily clinics Demenz and Parkinson. At the next time we are looking for a dedicated station secretary (m/w/d). The position shall be filled in full-time or part-time. Interface between care, doctors and patients General station assistance tasks Patient control (acceptance, appointment coordination, dismissal) Preparation of business blood collection and laying of peripheral venous accesses Contact persons for patients, patients and relatives Administrative tasks and management of medical records Welcome to the patients and organization of the reception day
