• They are responsible for the extraction, training, qualification, binding and removal of professional drivers.

• You are the contact person and supervisor for the service partners and their drivers.

• They advise and coach the service partners and their drivers.

• They are a link and local coordinator for all topics of DACHSER Service and Training GmbH (DSA GmbH).

• You have a training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services - or also equivalent. As an alternative, you are an engineer (m/w/d).

• You own the training according to AEVO.

• You should be in possession of the category CE licence (of advantage).

• You know the legal provisions of commercial road haulage (e.g. driving & rest periods, driving licence(s), dangerous goods, cargo securing etc.).

• You are interested in vehicle technology.

• They have good communication/presentation capabilities, can safely convince and moderate well.

• They are an authentic leader.

• They possess self-confidence and enforcement strength.

• You benefit from your good organizational ability, decision preparation and you are solution-oriented.
