Senior Consultant (m/d) 39 hours/weekly/part time possible

Head of the social worker team in the sense of the leadership and compliance principles at Asklepios Implementation of the treatment strategy and business planning of the clinic in the context of the procedures and guidelines Training, service and holiday planning within the framework of budgets Staff development and leadership of team meetings and employee discussions Implementation and organisation of interviews Support for public relations Contact and network care to offices and facilities of psychosocial care and self-help groups of neurology and psychiatry Instruction of the team in the best possible support of patients:in the case of reintegration into all areas of life and work Support and guidance of the team in the best possible cooperation with relatives and supervisors Training of the team in the content of consulting on claims according to the SGB Training of the team in the legal implementation of the release management, monitoring the implementation, support of all professional groups in the implementation Supporting the digitalization strategy at Asklepios, good knowledge in dealing with the common office applications and ORBIS operational activity directly at the patient with about half the working time is planned
