Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full time from 01.09.2025 (Reference ID 1428-1) We are about 1,400 employees from more than 50 nations and with the opera, ballet and acting divisions the largest three-species theatre in Europe. With about 1,000 performances per year we reach around 500,000 spectators. Become part of the team of the John Cranko School, consisting of 60 employees, and join us students in their professional ballet training.

Professional and organizational leadership of a dedicated team of currently 18 educators Service and operational planning as part of a full-week shift operation (day and night services, 7 days/week) Management and further development of the daily boarding school – from reception to departure of students Ensuring professional pedagogical support for ballet students in close coordination with school, parent and other partners – with particular emphasis on their internationality and the need for social skills Close cooperation with the departments of the John Cranko School for the interconnection of internal and school-based dance-specific processes Initiation, implementation and support of projects on quality development and innovation in board life

Completed educational training Long-standing experience in working with children and adolescents, ideally in the school context Detectionable management experience in a comparable position Secure foreign language skills (in particular English) Impressed organizational strength, planning capacity and responsibility High level of team skills, communication skills and social competence Quick conception, creativity and joy in working in an international environment Interest and understanding of the peculiarities of artistic training processes Sensitivity for the special needs of young ballet students from currently 27 nations Presentation of a perfect extended police record
