Team Leader Commercial Project Management (Full-time/Part-time) - Bochum (m/f/d)

In the role of team management, you take over the professional and organizational leadership of a team within the department and ensure efficient, quality-oriented implementation of the operational tasks. You combine operational control and personnel management in daily business. You actively shape efficient processes, promote the further development of team members and are available as contact persons:in and problem solvers:in internal and external issues. Technical and organizational management of the team (about 4 employees) Planning, control and coordination of operational tasks in their own sphere of responsibility Ensuring smooth and error-free execution of department-relevant processes, e.g. SAP data management, announcement and billing of rental adjustments Support and professional and personal development of employees Function as an interface between team, department management and relevant departments Implementation and monitoring of defined standards, processes and methods Identification, initiation and promotion of process optimisation in your own field, as well as contact persons with operational challenges as well as first escalation entity in the daily business Participation in transnational projects and tasks Promoting cooperation and a positive team culture

Completed commercial studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in operational work and, if necessary, Head of a team Organisational capacity, communication strength and solution-oriented thinking Secure handling of relevant IT systems and tools (including SAP ERP/RE) Self-employed, systematic and result-oriented working methods, number affinity and empathy
