Create analysis and understanding: You carry out a precise need analysis and basic determination together with our customers – the first step to tailor-made solutions Develop creative designs: You implement customer requirements independently and with much creativity in impressive architectural designs Present and inspire: You present your designs confidently with our customers, accompany the patterns and convince with your competence Plan responsibly: You take responsibility for the processing of the planning phases according to HOAI LP 1–5 and control the process in a targeted manner Coordination and teamwork live: You agree closely with builders, authorities, specialist engineers and our planning partners at GOLDBECK to ensure smooth implementation

Funded training: You have a successfully completed study of architecture Experience and expertise: Ideally you bring professional experience into design, approval or execution planning in industrial building and housing with Team spirit and innovation: You are interested in holistic planning processes in the team and are happy to work with modern methods such as BIM Creativity meets sustainability: You develop creative, individual solutions with enthusiasm and have a special interest in energy-efficient and sustainable building concepts Persuasiveness: You inspire others with your ideas and convince by strong arguments Strengths that count: Creativity, presentation strength and a pronounced sense of customer orientation. Communication: Very good German knowledge is required (at least C1)
