In order to further professionalise our locations in Baden-Württemberg, we are looking for a dedicated personality, which initially supports operationally and project-specifically and takes over the regional management in practical management.

Central interface between management, locations, teams and external partners – ensure that information, decisions and requirements are seamlessly combined Translation of strategic requirements into operational practice and active support of implementation at locations Analysis, optimization and sustainable development of processes along the entire patient's journey – from first animation to aftercare Building and establishing efficient structures that work across locations and have long-term stock Active support of teams on site in the implementation of changes – solution-oriented, binding and convincing Responsibility for 4 to 10 locations (depending on complexity) with growing design and responsibility Flexible working time design (40 hours/week) with situational accessibility depending on the requirements of the locations – independent and without a rigid time system

Finded orthopaedics (Pflicht) and experience in the clinical or perioperative environment (required) Complete training in health care, ideally supplemented by further education or studies in health management, health care or a comparable area Safe understanding in practice management and leadership experience (both duty) Embossed process and structural thinking with focus on sustainable, working solutions Hands-on mentality paired with high implementation strength and self-initiative Strong organizational talent as well as the ability to efficiently control complex processes High flexibility and readiness to travel, combined with joy at changing locations and tasks Communication strength, leadership quality and a positive attitude that takes teams and motivated
