Black Digits creates the technological foundation for digital freedom of choice in Europe. As an IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, we develop and manage the IT infrastructures for the Lidl and Kaufland trade divisions as well as the Black Production and PreZero. At the same time, we act as an independent provider on the external market to support companies across Europe in their digital transformation. We bundle our core services in the areas of cloud, cyber security, data & AI, communication and workspace. You also contribute to the digital freedom of choice in Europe.

Training Design: You design and design innovative training formats (video tutorials, live demos, hands-on labs) and BIC process talkthroughs. Coordination: You manage the training calendar as well as resources and create the interface between consultants, process owners and change managers. Quality Assurance: You define standards for training documentation and set ground-breaking templates. Learning Success: You develop learning controls (use-cases, self-assessments), perform practical tests and track the qualification level. Change Management: You accompany change impacts, sensitise stakeholders and ensure that new processes are anchored in everyday life. Optimization: You are evaluating existing measures and continuously develop our training. .
