Trainee Program Construction Financing Advice (m/f/d)

For the duration of the 12-month trainee program, you will receive a temporary contract and a fair remuneration. You will get to know building finance, customer consulting and sales from scratch and use your knowledge directly in practice. You work early on on practical consulting and financing cases and take your own tasks step by step. With training, learning formats and practical cases, we prepare you intensively for your expertise. You can go through various practical stations and get insights into consulting and sales as well as our partner and banking landscape. Experienced colleagues, executives and mentors accompany you in your professional and personal development. With regular feedback you know where you stand and can work on your further development. From the start, you build a network within the Interhyp Group and prepare yourself for your future role in the construction finance consulting.

You have successfully completed your studies, for example in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Psychology or a comparable degree course. You have already gained first practical experience, for example through internships, work students, a dual study or first professional stations. You want to develop in building finance, consulting and sales. We do not expect prior knowledge of building financing or multiannual sales experience. You want to learn a lot, take responsibility and develop yourself with great effort. You like to communicate, go openly to people and have the pleasure of individually consulting customers. You think entrepreneurial, work structured and bring your own initiative and analytical thinking. You set ambitious goals and stay up when it becomes challenging. You have very good German skills.
