In the spring of 2027 we move to our new, modern location at Hanauer Landstraße in Frankfurt am Main.

You make a global, integrated decision-making process with real effect from Sales & Operations Planning. You develop our existing S&OP governance, establish the process in our international subsidiaries and bring Demand, Supply, Inventory, Sales & Finance to a table. Your goal: more transparency, better decisions and a supply chain that intelligently balances service, costs, inventory and capacities.

Your tasks Global Process Manager: You take the technical responsibility for our global S&OP process and continuously develop governance, standards, templates, KPIs and decision logic. Globally scaling: You establish S&OP processes in our subsidiaries and business units and ensure that local practice is lived from a global concept. Integrated Planning: You connect demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, sales, finance and operations to a common, fact-based planning process. Make decisions: You prepare global S&OP reviews and moderate them confidently. You translate complex data and target conflicts into clear decision-making options for management. Creating transparency: you establish global KPI and performance management and make impacts on service levels, stocks, capacities, costs and working capital visible. Digital development: You actively shape the further development of our board-based planning, SAP interfaces and S&OP reporting landscape and release technical requirements. Take people with you: You coach global and local planning teams, coordinate stakeholders across countries and functions and create acceptance for new processes and procedures. Promote transformation: You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly, coordinate global and regional planning roles and develop our supply chain step by step towards integrated planning / IBP.

Complete studies in supply chain management, business management, economic engineering, logistics, operations management or a comparable degree program. You bring several years of international experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and End-to-End Supply Chain and have already built, developed or scaled global planning processes. You understand the entire planning chain – from demand and supply to inventory to working capital – and you can quickly identify relationships. You have experience in an international industrial environment, ideally FMCG, consumer goods or a comparable dynamic business. Planning tools, ERP systems and KPI dashboards are self-evident tools. Experience with board and SAP is a plus. You can analyze complex target conflicts – such as between service, inventory, costs and capacity – in a structured manner and derive stressable recommendations for action. You are a strong stakeholder partner: you can combine different interests, convince management levels and work at the same time with operational teams at eye level. You are pragmatic, powerful and secure for communication, and you enjoy not only designing changes, but actually anchoring them in the organization. You communicate very safely in English and feel comfortable in an international, interdisciplinary environment.
