During the training as a personnel service businessman/woman you will be working in various areas of personnel management: Support in recruiting and selecting professionals for different business areas Participation in the creation of job advertisements and planning and implementation of job interviews Support in the planning and organisation of training and training Participation in staff administration, including the creation of work contracts and certificates Support in implementing personnel development measures Communication with employees and executives on personal topics
