Work councils need training that works in everyday life. As an educator (m/w/d), you develop learning opportunities that provide understanding, orientation and practical support for work-related basics. As an educational partner, we accompany works councils in the long term. We understand further education as a product: practical, demand-oriented and continuous development – from idea to implementation. Your tasks in detail: Developing training products: You design and develop seminars, workshops, technical meetings and digital learning opportunities on labour law foundations – practical, target group-oriented and didactical.

Strategically rethinking offers: you analyze existing educational products, identify optimization potentials and develop new formats along the needs of works councils.

Making work law understandable: You keep an eye on labour law developments and translate them into clear, well-used further education content – without paragraph rider.

Plan, coordinate, implement: You plan education formats, work with internal and external speakers and participate in the creation of training documents.

Quality and learning experience in the focus: You get feedback, advertise it and continuously improve content and formats. If you like, you are also occasionally a speaker in front of the group.

Bringing education to the outside: Together with marketing and sales, you make sure that our educational opportunities are communicated in a comprehensible, attractive and accurate manner.

Close to practice: In direct exchange with participants and works councils, you recognize trends, challenges and new topics – and make concrete product ideas from them.

Finded practical experience as a HR manager and/or personnel development; Knowledge of labour law and labour law skills are of advantage.

Great desire for further education, product development and the question of how learning really becomes effective.

Experience in product management, training design, education organisation and/or work with works councils.

Ability to prepare work-related basics in a comprehensible, practical and targeted manner.
