You work in very well equipped clean rooms. All plant technologies of modern semiconductor processing await you there. The control and implementation of clean room conditions are essential aspects of your training, in which you support our scientists in the development of new technologies of the III-V semiconductors. At any time, you have the opportunity to introduce your own questions and ideas and you will get many insights into this exciting field of research. You acquire knowledge of various processes in semiconductor technology (coatings, dry etching, lithography etc.). You also carry out wet chemical processes for cleaning and surface structuring. You can also study process results using different measurement methods. You support the maintenance of process systems and quality control for various important processes. Already during your training you work with research projects and customer orders.
