In your role as a team leader in the field of digitalization HR, you will lead a team of currently eight employees. Their tasks include the implementation of city-wide digitalization projects in human resources, where you work closely with colleagues in project management as a competent software keyer. In addition, you have the opportunity to participate in the strategic orientation of our property and thus actively contribute to the further development of human resources. They provide digital and telephone support for our computer applications and guide the transition from paper documents to digital files. You also take over administrative tasks, such as the adjustment of email and document templates. They work with MS-Excel and other programs to regularly create statistics and key figures and thus gain profound insights into our work processes. Your profile includes a completed university degree in public management or a comparable field. We are also pleased to receive applications from administrators who are willing to successfully complete the course of ascent. An affinity for computer topics and a pronounced problem-solving competence complete your profile. Personal experience is beneficial, as well as good knowledge in MS Office applications.
