The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown as a house of maximum care for the region and a teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. During the day and around the clock, more than 4,900 qualified employees provide care for patients. From 01.04.2026 we are looking for a station line (m/w/d) in full or part-time (min. 80%, also possible tandem) in the shift service for the P40 Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapeutic Medicine.

Patient care and cooperation in the station Technical, organizational management and further development of the station Constructive and targeted cooperation with the Care Directorate, all other levels of care and other professional groups

A completed training in a nursing profession of at least 3 years A completed/started further education for the management of a unit or completed/started study in the field of care management or the willingness to participate in such a (-m) further education/studies Organisational/Leiting/Management Experience is beneficial The willingness to continue developing Designed technical and social skills and analytical skills Knowledge in the application of modern management and communication instruments Specialized expertise in psychiatry, especially in acute psychiatric areas, is advantageous Empathy, friendly ways of dealing and respectful behavior The willingness to constructive and targeted cooperation with the Pflegdirektion, the nursing service, department, station management and other professional groups A high degree of self-motivation and self-employment You know and represent the strategic, operational and economic objectives of the clinic and of the nursing and functional services
