For our location in Hamburg we are looking for you as: Speditionskaufmann / Speditionskauffrau (m/w/d) with focus on project logistics

Your future tasks:

• Project Responsibility: You play a central role in the operation of demanding business – from planning to coordination to the implementation of complex transport solutions.
• Communication & Coordination: You agree closely with customers, carriers, suppliers and our global internal CEVA network.
• End-to-end order processing: You are responsible for the entire order processing, from supply creation, price negotiation and calculation to operational execution and billing.
• Proactive participation: You are actively engaged in requirements, such as loading monitoring, feasibility analysis, route surveys or on-site inspections.
• Tender & Problem Solution: You participate in Tender Management and always deal with complaints with a solution-oriented approach.

What we want from you:

• Education: Completed training to/from the merchant / merchant for forwarding and logistics services.
• Professional experience: At least first professional experience in the field of logistics.
• Customer orientation: High customer and service awareness with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• Soft Skills: Communication strength, team capacity, flexibility in terms of tasks, commitment and initiative.
• Languages: Secure English in word and font.
