Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As part of the capacitive factory and plant expansion, plan, install and run plants in the area CMP / Polish in the productive operation. You take over the Hook-Up relevant topics together with the respective service partner as well as the release of the system with focus on the hardware. In addition, you carry out maintenance activities on your own and train maintenance technicians. You ensure high machine availability (uptime) and plant stability using SPC and FDC. To do this, create a concept for implementing preventive maintenance and introduce it cyclically in your area, together with the service partners. You are responsible for the training of technician colleagues in their field on the basis of training plans and skills passports. You create and update the valid document for CMP / Polish installations and perform the training of new employees. You update the machines risk assessments of their plant group with regard to the current risk potential. You create PM (preventive maintenance) instructions and CM (corrective maintenance) regulations for maintenance conversion to the plants and ensure audit-based storage and documentation. You plan the spare parts maintenance and the storage space requirements for your plants together with the Logistics department. You will develop proposals to reduce costs in the spare parts consumption of your plants. In coordination with your team, you design, specify and implement individual high-speed topics as well as key-number measures in the plants and their environment. You provide aspects such as cost-effectiveness, quality, reliability and innovation. You create analyses and correlations of the key figures and work with the definition of countermeasures. Results present to decision-makers and customers.

Education: completed (special) university studies in a relevant technical field (electrical or process engineering, physics or the like) or have a technician degree with multi-year, relevant professional experience experience and know-how: multiannual professional experience in producing semiconductor industry; broad knowledge in the field of CMP / Polisher, experience in the maintenance and care of CMP / Polisher plants as an equipment engineer; good method skills such as 5S, SPC, FDC, FMEA and REFA Personality: team-capable, flexible, motivated, resilient, strong communication Working methods: very good organizational and problem-solving capacity as well as pronounced quality awareness Enthusiasm: Making complexity manageable by using new technologies and developments Languages: very good German and English skills
