• Planting, organization and preparation together with a maximum of 18 participants of up to 100 meals per day
• Initiation and practical training of long-term unemployed participants with different experience
• Enge and esteeming cooperation in the team with another cook and social education
• Order and reliable billing
• Implementation of the HACCP concept and teaching of the participants' R  in the corresponding standards **
