Engineer Offshore Structures (Platform / Subsea) (m/f/d)

You take over the monitoring and interface management of contractors and experts. You control and process the technical requirements as well as the entire design process for the planning of offshore platforms and underwater structures – in particular as part of an offshore hydrogen project. You develop internal standards for offshore construction structures. You coordinate internal and external teams to meet technical requirements in engineering while maintaining time and budget requirements. You create and edit specifications and performance directories. You assume the technical responsibility in purchasing processes and monitor the ordering processes. You cooperate in the preparation of regulatory application documents in the offshore sector and take over the monitoring of structural administrative requirements. You ensure compliance with international standards and regulations (e.g. DNV) and address safety issues (e.g. risk assessments). You accompany the construction phase professionally.

You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of civil engineering or maritime engineering. You bring professional experience in the construction planning and implementation of offshore platforms and underwater structures. Ideally, you have experience in project management or project management. You are familiar with the relevant regulations and directives. You have a negotiating experience and are confident in dealing with authorities, foreign companies and experts. You are characterized by a high level of commitment, communication strength, mobility and a team-oriented way of working. You bring good knowledge in CAD and EDV applications (e.g. AutoCAD, MS Office). A basic readiness to travel is required. You have very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of German.
