limited to two years In the Workforce Management team, we control eight service centers. We actively shape the entire workforce management circuit and are responsible for design, planning, control and reporting. Together, we ensure excellent customer service and support our colleagues in the service centers. Develop and optimize our workforce management strategies to increase efficiency and productivity Conduct data analyses to identify trends and potential for improvement Planning and implementing workforce management processes Conduct and coordinate Agile, Classical or Hybrid Projects to Launch New Tools and Methods Analyze performance indicators and derive and maintain continuous improvement measures (performance management) Close cooperation with various departments to ensure resource optimization

Completed study or training with focus on data analysis Multiannual professional experience in workforce management Knowledge of data analysis and visualization and the application of appropriate tools First experience in project and process management High design and change motivation Solution-oriented and dedicated operation Embossed communication strength
