With the Campus for Education and Innovation, Neuss is a lighthouse project in the Rheinische Revier. Here, trainees, professionals and companies will be able to experience and apply future technologies such as artificial intelligence – for a future-proof career and an innovative economy.

In order to strengthen our project team, we are looking for an experienced personality from the architecture or the construction industry for the duration of the project, which accompanies the campus on its way from planning to realization, in particular by:

Support of the planning and construction phase of the campus until 2029 Support in the preparation and implementation of the architectural invitation Participation in the selection and control of the general planner Technical support of the performance phases 2 to 8 Coordination of votes with city administration, specialist planners and funding agencies Support for topics such as development, channel work and construction application

Complete study of architecture or civil engineering Multiannual experience in planning and construction management, preferably in public areas Knowledge in HOAI, VgV and in cooperation with general planners Experience with funding projects or building regulations is desirable independent, structured working and pleasure in interdisciplinary project work
