Leadership in the team: You represent the field management in case of absence and actively support the team's technical and organizational management. Check and decide: You process legally and administratively complex construction applications, pre-complaints and other construction law procedures within the framework of the Landesbauordnung (LBO) and the Baugesetzbuch (BauGB). Advising citizens: You are competent to assist builders, architects and citizens in all matters of public building law. Construction supervision: You arrange construction regulations measures (e.g. construction settings, user agreements) and enforce them consistently within the scope of enforcement. Editing remedies: You examine difficult contradictions as well as neighboring objections and prepare opinions for court and appeal proceedings. Configuring processes: You participate in the optimization of workflows, drive the use of electronic works and accompany policy issues in the field.

A successfully completed university degree (Diplom/Bachelor) in the field of Public Management or a degree as an administrative specialist Founded, practice-proven knowledge in building planning law (BauGB), in building order law (LBO) and in general administrative law desirable. Ideally, first leadership experience or the willingness and suitability to assume responsibility for leadership and representation.
