Production Manager (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the location with up to 5 employees (production/technology/logistics) and management of the production area including development and control of relevant KPl's Employee management including security briefing of new employees (e.g. temporary staff and foreign companies) Ensuring the demand-oriented delivery of external and internal customers and communication with them for quantity adjustment Customer support in the area of orders and organization of logistics to the customer Appropriate implementation of entrepreneurial obligations with regard to accident law, occupational safety and occupational safety regulations on site (responsibilities delegation) Implementation Quality System (ISO 9001 ff.) Environmental System (ISO 14001) and Food Safety (FSSC 22000)

Complete technical training in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics as well as further training as master or technician, e.g. mechatronics, industrial master Leadership experience in an equivalent position, ideally in food production, dry ice production or gas industry Experience in the implementation of change processes as well as impulsive, target-oriented and high-conversion work Professional practice in implementing strategic (investment)projects, production controlling and good user knowledge in MS Office, basic knowledge of a commodity management system desirable Cooperative leadership style, coupled with communication skills and enforcement skills Embossed “Hands-On Mentality” with the claim to find solutions
