At Kabs, we are looking for an experienced HR personality that manages operational human resources management and at the same time actively develops our personnel work. You take responsibility for your own employee area, bring you into the day-to-day business with a pronounced hands-on mentality and create free spaces for projects and strategic topics through sustainable process optimization. Digital solutions and the sensible use of AI are an integral part of our work

Personally, you control your employee area across the entire employee lifecycle and ensure smooth HR processes. As a competent Sparring Partner (m/w/d), you support executives and employees in all personal questions. After your incorporation, you analyze existing HR processes, identify optimization potentials and implement sustainable improvements independently. Together with the HR management, you continuously develop our personnel work, actively contribute to projects and take responsibility for their implementation. Digital tools and AI-assisted working methods are of course used to make our HR processes more efficient and sustainable. With your experience, you create stability in the operating HR everyday and, if necessary, take responsibility beyond your own task. If necessary, you support our payroll specialist – DATEV knowledge is a plus, but not a prerequisite.

Multiannual experience in operational personnel management Ideally expertise in retail or in a sophisticated corporate structure Knowledge of labour, social and contract law Know-how in dealing with modern HR systems (ideally Personio) High digital affinity and openness for AI-based methods Knowledge of DATEV LODAS, payroll or recruiting via LinkedIn / Xing are a plus Embossed hands-on mentality and joy in developing processes sustainably
