Coordination of pedagogical and organizational work in group/shift services (such as documentation, semi-annual development reports and planning of doctoral appointments, authorities, etc.) Developing behavioral alternatives in crisis and conflict situations in the team Supporting support for education planning and parental work Care and assistance of the trips with children and young people to doctors, authorities, leisure activities and day-to-day homework coordination of pedagogical and organizational work (such as the creation of documentation, semi-annual development reports, pedagogical assessments and supportive planning of doctoral appointments; Support for administrative matters, etc.) Support for young adults and young people in training Training implementation Regular and demand-oriented individual talks with young people/young adults Organisation and implementation of house conferences Overview of all dates and issues of young people/young adults Close cooperation with youth offices, doctors, training centres, therapists, etc.

Completed training for the state-approved educator or nurse Professional experience in comparable fields of child and youth assistance is advantageous Motivation, organisational skills and authenticity Collaboration readiness in the team, reflected and independent work Valuable handling of children and adolescents and colleagues readiness for flexible working hours (shift, weekend and holiday work) in the medical education groups readiness for situation-related and flexible work (e.g. crisis situation) in the representative housing for young people Class B driving licence, as there are also driving activities with the in-house vehicle (a corresponding certificate must be attached to the application) In the case of qualifications acquired abroad, we expect a written proof of the recognition of qualifications in Germany and a certified written translation of the relevant documents in German. A proof of the language level B2 German is required for foreign-language applicants with equivalence recognition.
