As a sales assistant at belmoto, you are part of a modern mobility company and actively shape sales and accompany our processes administratively.

You support the sales management in operating daily business In the initial address of potential customers, you support the qualification of incoming leads You are responsible for the appointment arrangements and preparation of customer appointments Care and updates of CRM data are in your area of responsibility You create and prepare presentations on offers and sales documents Calls, campaigns and follow-ups are coordinated by you You are an advocate for internal coordination between sales, operations and other partners At trade fairs and events, you convince with your know-how and ensure a high lead input You are responsible for maintaining open topics and documentation of sales activities You analyze potentials and research into target customers, industries and market potentials

You have completed a commercial training or a comparable training You will have first experience in the sales service, assistance, or customer support You have a high degree of initiative and communication strength Your trusted and reliable way allows pleasant and efficient cooperation at all levels Interest in sales, mobility and B2B customer communication You are a team player*in, bringing “hands-on mentality” and wanting to further develop the company You have a safe handling of MS Office 365, CRM tools and feel at home in the digital world
