Group Management Technical Building and Plant Management (m/f/d)

Technical coordination of operating technicians at two locations Planning, distribution and prioritization of daily tasks Ensuring smooth technical operations at both locations Active cooperation in day-to-day operations and support in technical disruptions, maintenance and repair measures Interface between operating technology, operational areas and TGA Recording and evaluating technical requirements and fault messages from the operation Control and control of external service providers for technical units Coordination of prescribed tests and monitoring of the resulting deficiencies Support for the implementation and monitoring of technical and preventive fire protection measures Continuous documentation of maintenance, testing, faults and deficiencies Maintenance of existing and new plant and maintenance data Support for internal departments in technical matters and in maintenance, reconstruction and optimization measures Regular reporting to TGA

Complete technical training, for example as an electronic, mechatronic or in a comparable technical profession Further training for technicians or masters Multiannual professional experience in industrial engineering, maintenance or technical building and plant management Experience in the technical guidance and coordination of employees of advantage Willingness to participate actively in operational daily business Good technical understanding and rapid understanding knowledge in the field of refrigeration Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Organisational capacity as well as safe occurrence to internal contact persons and external service providers Flexibility, resilience and teamability Driving licence class B required
