In our central personnel department, you can ensure that our psychologists, therapists, social workers and work educators can concentrate fully on our clients. You are contact personin, expertin and co-authorin with the following main tasks: You create and manage work contracts and relevant documents You maintain master data in accounting and administration systems as well as time recording You independently handle personnel matters with our employees You provide a correct and punctual pay and salary bill You are contact personin for employees, executives, SV supporters and authorities in personnel matters You maintain the personal master files and create evaluations and statistics You contribute to the digitization of our processes
