Production Manager (m/w/d) in Böblingen

For our cable set and cable set production at our headquarters in Böblingen, we are looking for a qualified employee (m/w/d), who contributes to the reliable production of our products with technical know-how, quality awareness and a structured working method.

In the BRIGHT group work approx. 120 employees in the development and production of concepts and products in the field of testing and measuring technology for our customers from the entire mobility sector.

Your tasks:

• Manufacture of cable sets and cable sets according to drawing
• Crimping, soldering and mounting of plug connections
• Construction and wiring of assemblies
• Examination and quality control

Your qualification:

• Training in electronics / electrical engineering or comparable
• Experience in cable assembly / cable assembly
• Safe handling of crimp and test tools
• Structured and quality-conscious operation
• Very good German knowledge

Framework conditions

• Working hours: 40 hours/week

• Holiday: 30 days (at a 5 days week)
• Compensation: Industry - depending on qualifications and areas of responsibility
