The agile Release Train of the Customer Data Hub (CDH) is responsible for the development and operation of convergent customer data in real time from all IT stacks. We rely on innovative technologies such as K2View Fabric, Kafka and Cloud-native Architectures in AWS. With millions of API calls and event triggers per month, we support the digital interactions of our Vodafone customers.

As a SAFe Scrum Master (m/w/d) in the Customer Data Hub (CDH), you are a central coach and facilitator for an agile team in the field of “Production Operation” or “Deployments/Initial Loads”. In addition, you support the Release Train Engineer (RTE) in controlling the agile release train with 11 agile teams. You promote agile methods, eliminate obstacles, strengthen team culture and contribute significantly to the successful implementation of mission-critical projects that have direct influence on Vodafone's digital transformation and business success. You are responsible for implementing and maintaining the Scrum process and the Scrum-of-Scrum process. You proactively support the Release Train Engineer in all tasks for controlling the agile release train as well as performing all agile ceremonies at program level (PI Plannings, System Demos and I&A). You advise and support the Product Owner in creating User Stories, especially with regard to prioritization and sprint planning. You’re planning the flow of information between Product Owner and Team, aiming for maximum added value and continuous optimization of the agile flow. You are organising retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement and actively promote the change process in the team. You follow and report the progress of the sprints and eliminate obstacles, especially in external dependencies. You ensure high quality and productivity through targeted measures and monitoring. You promote open, constructive communication between onshore and offshore teams.

What distinguishes you: Complete study of economics or engineering, mathematics or natural sciences. At least five years of experience as Scrum Master in agile software development, IT project management or agile IT solution design. Found knowledge of SAFe and agile methods, ideally with certification. Experience in support of Release Train Engineers and the organization at program level. Excellent problem-solving competence, self-initiative and sense of responsibility with the ability to minimize overhead tasks for the team and manage dependencies to other teams. Impressed ability to actively accompany relationship formation, coaching and promoting an inclusive team culture as well as changes. Embossed communication and moderation capabilities, also in English.

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
