The Landratsamt Waldshut -Amt für Personal und Organisation, in the Department of Organisation and Personnel Development, has to occupy a position in the field of organisational development with a focus on process optimisation of 80% to 100%. Analysis & Conception: You illuminate our existing business processes across departments, identify vulnerabilities and cover unused potentials. Optimization & redesign: You develop creative and pragmatic concepts to improve the processes with the aim of increasing the efficiency, quality and not least the satisfaction of our employees. Implementation & Support: You are not only responsible for the concept, but are actively supporting the implementation of the new processes in the fields of expertise and are at the side of the team as competent/contact person(s). Interface Management: You work closely with all departments, moderate workshops and provide a smooth flow of information. Success control: You define key figures to make the success of the optimization measures measurable and sustainable. The transfer of further tasks is reserved.

You bring Qualification: A completed degree in the field of administration or business administration (e.g. a graduate administrator (FH) or Bachelor of Arts-Public Management or a completed training as an administrator or a comparable qualification ideally with professional experience in process or organization management. Analytical skills: You have a strong analytical and conceptual ability to think and are delighted to understand and simplify complex relationships quickly. Methodology competence: Ideally, you already have experience in the analysis, modeling and optimization of business processes. Knowledge in project management is a big plus. Communication strength: You can present your ideas convincingly and have the necessary fingertip feeling to inspire people from all hierarchy levels for changes. Solution orientation: You think in solutions, not in problems. Their mode of operation is proactive, structured and independent. Team spirit & empathy: You are a real team player, like working with people and understand how to meet different needs.
