Own-responsible processing of current financial accounting (debitor, creditor, investment and main accounting) Implementation of payment transactions and liquidity monitoring Performance accounting with both statutory health insurance and private patients Special contact person for nursing and medical colleagues on the subject of performance accounting, in particular for private health insurers Responsibility for receivable management including dunning Examination and booking of travel expenses Creation of sales tax pre-registrations as well as the summary reports (ZM) Participation in the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Coordination and analysis of balance sheet and GuV accounts Contact person for auditors, tax advisors and internal specialist departments Working with the optimization and digitization of accounting processes Support for financial evaluations and reporting Takeover of controlling tasks in the form of a biltrolling Supporting activities in payroll accounting

Account Manager (m/w/d) or a comparable degree with a focus on accounting/finance Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting Funded knowledge in the accounting of HGB and German tax law Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; first experience in Access advantageous; Experience with ERP systems – System Diamond is beneficial Analytical way of thinking as well as a structured, independent and careful way of working Teamability, commitment and high number affinity As part of your activity, you will also conduct phone calls with our patients and their relatives.
