Ensuring trouble-free and safe operation of building equipment in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation Implementation of maintenance, inspection and repair work according to contractual requirements Service-oriented support for customers and users as well as first contact person in the object Creation and maintenance of documentation, protocols, lists of defects and reports of damage and activity Coordination, monitoring and acceptance of services of external service providers and subcontractors

Technical training as plant mechanic SHK/HKLS, mechatronics engineer for refrigeration, central heating and ventilation engineer, gas and water heater Ideally with first professional experience, for example as a home technician, but also professional beginners are welcome!
