At the next time we are looking for a Senior Marketing Performance Manager (B2C) (m/w/d) at our beautiful office in Troisdorf between Bonn and Cologne

You strategically shape and develop our B2C performance marketing activities – with a clear view of growth, efficiency and sustainable scaling. You control our performance media agency (including Google, Meta, Taboola) and introduce your expertise to evaluate campaigns and develop them with your input, e.g. through optimized assets. You analyze performance data along the entire funnel, identify optimization potentials and derive concrete measures. In close cooperation with campaign and creation, you translate these performance insights into strong briefings, testing and further developments. You think performance holistic and optimise the customer journey – e.g. through the further development of landing pages, conversion logics, new channels or App Store optimization (ASO). You are responsible for projects independently across different campaigns, target groups and channels and ensure timing and quality standards.

Complete studies in marketing, e-commerce, business management or comparable qualifications. Multiannual (6+ years) Professional experience in performance marketing and campaign management, ideally in e-commerce or digital environment. Very good knowledge of the analysis of performance campaigns such as Google and Meta Ads as well as a strong understanding of performance KPIs, tracking and analysis (GA4, Adjust) and a high number affinity. Strong feel for advertising, brand and conversion-optimized creation as well as experience in the evaluation and further development of briefings and advertising media. Embossed project management skills, high degree of self-responsibility and hand-on-mindset as well as pleasure in team work and the incorporation into new topics and trends.
