Qualitative processing and optimization of customer support processes Support of department management to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and municipal requirements Identification and implementation of digitalization and automation potentials Further development of customer support standards Monitoring and reporting of relevant service and process indicators Training (onboarding, teaching content) and quality circles Personal and telephone customer support (1st level) Processing of escalations and special cases in customer care (2nd and 3rd levels) Participation in transnational projects, e.g. for system modernisation or service development

Completed commercial or technical training with additional qualification in process, quality or project management in the field of customer support / customer service (ideally energy and water management) Alternatively, a training in the energy industry or comparable Good knowledge of energy processes Experience in handling ERP/CRM systems (preferably Wilken) Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Embossed communication and moderation capability (didactics) High sense of responsibility and reliability Openness for digitalization and continuous improvement processes Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1)
