Technical and disciplinary management of the field of construction and construction projects, including further development of employees Planning, monitoring and coordination of new construction and reconstruction projects in the field of construction technology and plant construction for the AWB sites in Cologne Responsible management of the maintenance, maintenance and testing of buildings and technical facilities of the properties Planning, control and implementation of complex projects and further developments and innovations Coordination, control and control of internal and external services incl. Complete engineering studies in the field of construction engineering (high and civil engineering) or comparable study programme Structured, responsible functioning as well as pronounced organisational and leadership competence Funded knowledge in building and procurement law (BauGB, LBauO, VOB, HOAI) and environmental regulations (e.g. BImSchG, BBodSchG, WHG, AwSV) Representative understanding of operator responsibility, occupational safety and relevant regulations (DIN standards, DGUV, UVV, workplace directives) Safe handling of common IT (MS Office) and CAD applications, as well as desirable SAP knowledge Class B driving licence
