At the next possible time, we are looking for a Site Manager special and large projects (m/w/div.) in full (40 h/week) for our Hanau headquarters

Overall responsibility and management of the assembly of our vacuum systems and the time-, quality- and cost-oriented implementation - both in Germany and abroad, with respect to safety-relevant regulations Coordination of the design according to drawings and instructions, lead by project-specific assembly teams as a continuous contact person for our customers, project managers, specialist departments and external assembly companies, incl. Customer training Takeover of maintenance and maintenance work in Germany and abroad to support the respective specialist departments Ensuring a timely, professional and economic execution of the assembly, including transfer of the installation to the operator Continuous internal and external reporting, as well as ensuring a complete construction site documentation, such as running day-week reports, material management, defect documentation Coordination, consultation and monitoring of subcontractors and foreign trades, including the collection, assessment and negotiation of claims Multi-month stays worldwide Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and monitoring of assembly work, implementation of occupational safety and safety instructions for specialist construction managers and subcontractors

You have completed a mechanical training and completed a further training as a master or technician. You have already been able to gain professional experience in the implementation of multi-month international assembly and in the construction site management of special and large projects. A high level of awareness of quality, appointment, cost and security responsibility will bring you with you. Experience in managing subcontractors and reporting has already been able to collect you. You bring a high readiness to travel for several months abroad worldwide, as well as very good English knowledge.
