Own-responsible management of the entire restaurant business Leadership, motivation and further development of the service team Ensuring a first-class guest experience and excellent service quality Responsibility for day-to-day operations and a smooth run in the restaurant Staff deployment planning and support in recruiting, incorporating and training new employees Responsibility for goods management, orders, inventory and cost control Ensuring compliance with all quality, hygiene and HACCP standards Responsibility for daily bills, cash management and administrative tasks Close cooperation with kitchen management and management Optimization of existing processes and continuous development of the restaurant Contact persons for guests, employees, suppliers and business partners Active cooperation in the operational day-to-day business and support of the team during the service

Complete training or multiannual professional experience in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry Multiannual experience in a leadership position, ideal as a restaurant manager or assistant restaurant manager Excellent host personality with high service orientation Experience in leadership, motivation and development of teams Organizational talent and a structured and independent way of working Economic thinking and experience in goods management and personnel deployment planning Safe handling of cash systems as well as ideal knowledge in Nesto, MarketMan and Lightspeed Very good knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines Loadability, sense of responsibility and joy of decision Communication strength, team spirit and a positive appearance Passion for high-quality gastronomy and real hospitality
