You bring this with completed technical training with relevant professional experience or study in the field of facility management, building technology or a comparable discipline Professional experience in a similar position Detectionable leadership experience and pronounced communication strength Organisational skill, enforcement capacity and a structured working method Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with CAFM systems German language skills in word and writing Ideal driving permit for class B
