Accounts payable employee (m/f/d)

Independent processing of all business incidents: You are responsible for the proper and timely booking and ensure that all transactions are correctly recorded Account tuning and care: You take over the voting and care of the accounts, ensure the accuracy of the bookings and resolve any inconsistencies inherently responsible Payment transactions: You monitor payment targets and discount periods and create the payment runs to suppliers Filial support: You serve our branch companies with regard to creditor topics and communicate with local contact persons Participation in the production of monthly and annual accounts: You actively contribute to the creation of the financial statements and contribute to sound financial reporting with their precise work Project activity: You will get the opportunity to co-design process optimizations and project activities in creditor accounting

You have successfully completed a commercial training You have practical experience in accounting The handling of accounting systems is familiar to you, knowledge of the SAP system is advantageous You work independently, have a high demand for your work results, are a team player and also keep an overview in time-critical phases (e.g. monthly completion) You bring very good German knowledge with (min. C1 level) and have good MS Office skills
