Technical, organisational and personnel management of the maintenance department Ensuring economic and sustainable maintenance as well as further development of maintenance strategies for the central clearing plant, around 90 pump stations, the clarification plant Priwall and the sewer system Responsibility for budget, economic planning, cost control and reporting In close cooperation with the operational areas, the management of the operator's plants, pumping stations, channel network, planning and new construction sector, and monitoring compliance with statutory requirements, directives and occupational safety regulations Technical control and coordination of the areas of work preparation, electrical and automation technology, mechanical engineering, locksmiths and building technology with around 50 employees of various disciplines and task spectra Analysis and optimization of maintenance processes and evaluation of technical solutions and machine alternatives

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical, environmental or process engineering or have a comparable qualification with subsequent relevant professional experience in the field of maintenance You already have experience in the maintenance of technical installations, ideally in the wastewater sector You have a strong communication and organizational strength, self-employed, team-oriented and responsible You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 You are owned by the class B licence
