You assume the technical responsibility for the testing, maintenance and safety assessment of crane installations under nuclear conditions: Implementation of expert tests on crane installations according to DGUV Regulation 52 / 54, Safety Regulation (BetrSichV) Testing and evaluation of crane installations with approved experts (e.g. TÜV / expert organisations) Inspection, documentation and release of the safe state of crane systems Implementation of maintenance, maintenance and repair measures on various cranes and hoists Planning and implementation of load and function tests Error analysis, troubleshooting and technical evaluation Support of different crane systems Implementation of instructions and practical instructions for crane operators Support and support during commissioning and repetition testing of safety-relevant crane systems Cooperation with external inspection bodies, manufacturers and nuclear experts

Complete technical vocational training, e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronic, industrial lock or comparable Qualification as a specialist for crane systems according to DGUV or willingness to receive training (required) Multiannual practical experience in crane technology, maintenance or conveyor technology Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and ideally electric drive systems Safe handling of technical documentation and test protocols High security awareness and careful and responsible functioning Safe handling of smartphone and PC Good German knowledge Remarkable: Person empowered to test passenger equipment (PAM) Truck driving licence C, CE Experience in track operation Elevator maintenance Expert for PSAgA Oil separator More knowledgeable for ladders and trits Missing qualifications can be acquired with us through training.
