As part of our children's competence program ''I can do this!'' we are looking for our Fröbel kindergartens and family centers in the area of West right away Senior Consultant (m/w/d) with a weekly working time of 20-39 hours. The contract shall be concluded by 31 December 2027. A takeover into an indefinite working relationship is subsequently sought. You support the implementation of child-friendly swimming courses with children aged four to six. You prepare the swimming environment and make sure that the children can feel safe and comfortable. During the courses, you test the events from the Beckenrand, keep the group in mind and pay attention to compliance with all safety standards. You accompany the children in the water in compliance with all safety standards in their individual development You work closely with the swim coaches: inside to create a motivating and joyful learning atmosphere – without going into the water yourself. You want to further develop professionally, and use internal training as well as further training to constantly expand your knowledge in swimming education.

You are educator:in or curative caregiver:in with state recognition, childhood education:in, curative education:in, educator:in, social worker:in, special education:in, rehabilitation scientist:in, health caregivers and child caregivers:in or have an equivalent degree. In the optimal case, you have a swimming instructor license or a lifeguard badge (not necessarily necessary) You are passionate about water as well as work with children and can adjust yourself well to their interests, fears and needs in the context of swimming You are interested in continuing your professional training or bringing additional qualifications, for example for media education, language promotion, nutrition and movement, natural education or music education.
