As a member of the Executive Board, you are responsible for the overall responsibility for the operational management as well as for the sustainable economic performance and profit-and-loss management of the Labour Market Services division with approximately 350 employees. You make a significant contribution in the development and implementation of the long-term strategy to achieve the sales and earnings targets in Germany in close coordination with the company mother TÜV Rheinland AG Together with your management team, you are responsible for the continuous expansion of the portfolio in the areas of further education, retraining and digital learning formats as well as annual budget planning. To identify relevant trends, you are continuously conducting market and labour market analyses and derive innovative educational opportunities as well as projects.

Complete university studies, preferably in business, education management or a comparable area Multiannual leadership experience at management or division level in the advanced training (work market services) Impressed entrepreneurial competence and well-founded experience in managing organisations with profit/loss responsibility Detectable expertise in strategic business development and implementation of transformation and growth initiatives Deep understanding of education market, labour market trends and experience in the development and scaling of modern learning opportunities (including digital formats) and resilient network to employment agency, job center and pension insurance Strong analytical skills, communication and enforcement strength as well as sovereign stakeholder management at top management level
