Management of the department with several teams in the underwriting of the Sach Industrie division in Germany and abroad to ensure yield, revenue and cost targets of the portfolio Further development of relationships with brokers, customers and internal contacts Participation in product policy, underwriting for international programmes and development of new products, as well as defining drawing policy Implementation of tariff and sales controlling, compliance with standards in risk management and monitoring of the product portfolio to ensure the earnings situation Support for austerity policy, further development of insurance technology skills and processes, as well as creation of marketing materials and implementation of sales events
