As Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for demanding projects in the RCT30 Tower System and the associated weapon systems. Professional leadership and control of the RCT30 team and weapons systems Total responsibility for cross-site projects Interdisciplinary project and team management in a matrix organization Stakeholder and Interface Management Control of technical changes and design adjustments and processing of warranty cases Responsibility for Reporting and Governance Conducting structured Lessons-Learned processes and deriving and implementing sustainable improvement measures

Successfully completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, industrial engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in managing complex, technologically demanding projects ideally in safety-critical areas such as tower or weapon systems In-depth technical understanding in mechanics, electrical engineering, electronics, drive and sensor systems as well as software-related functions Experience in the professional leadership of teams, ideally in a matrix organization and across multiple locations Funded, internationally recognized qualification in project management
