E-Commerce Country Manager Germany (m/w/d)

As part of the regional eCom Steering Team, you control the sales and sales development of the Online Shops deichmann.de and elefanten.de and are always looking at profitability. Based on your forecasts, you plan and control actions and campaigns. Together with the eCommerce Marketing Manager, you develop and track a seasonal retail calendar that sets the product range from customer perspective ideal and at the right time. In your analyses, you work out essential insights independently and calculate corresponding business cases for the right levers. You are always up-to-date with local eCommerce trends and competition in the German eCommerce market. You work with colleagues from Purchasing, Performance Marketing, CRM, Shop Management and many more. You are reporting to Head of E-Commerce Germany, Netherlands & Belgium.

You have a degree in e-commerce, BWL or marketing and have relevant experience in e-commerce business. You are a seller in the heart and have a pronounced entrepreneurial thinking. You have skills through strong analysis and have already gained experience with analysis tools. You want to proactively introduce your ideas, work independently, organize and focus. You communicate reliably and appreciate. In dealing with colleagues, you are powerful but value-adding and contribute to a good and pleasant working atmosphere. You have very good knowledge of German and English.
