Tasks with perspectives You take support responsibility for complex applications and services in the sense of a qualified service desk in the field of passive business. You are a professional specialistin, provide information on how to create solutions, are responsible for their communication and act as a multiplierin. You focus on escalations and major disruptions, test extensively and carefully for quality assurance and take on timely customer communication. You advise customers in a targeted manner, provide them with our solution offer and expose their requirements to the further development of our products. You accompany product launches, take special tasks as needed and possibly participate in projects and bodies.

Personality with profile You have a completed study of economics with a focus on bank/finance or a completed training in the banking/financial environment with many years of relevant professional experience and ideally have an additional qualification as a banking, banking business operator. You have well-founded knowledge in the fields of investment consulting / securities business / online opening of investment accounts and have already gained experience in customer service/support or banking organization. You bring with you a strong customer and service orientation and your binding and self-responsive working, your analytical thinking ability and a very good coordination capability. You are conflicting and strong with high cooperation and team skills, and you are characterized by reliability as well as a high level of quality and responsibility.
